Jorg Becker has been a freelance and independent German-French architect, artist and author for almost 50 years.
A freethinker who has never submitted to the dictates of society or the trends of his time.
With his unique style, which focuses on abstraction, women, nature, and silhouettes, Jorg Becker has made a name for himself in the world of fine art photography.
His photographs are sensual and poetic, capturing the beauty and essence of his subjects.
He plays with light and shadow to create striking effects and highlight the shapes and contours of his models.

THE ART OF REAL PHOTOGRAPHY WITHOUT 100000 ASA AND OTHER TECHNICAL REFINEMENTS,

At the age of 16 years I discovered the images from Doisneau, Brassai, Ronis, Hamilton, Sieff and other famous photographers.
I bought a single lens reflex camera, a photo lab and learnt to develop photos, tried out the different films and experimented.
Exposure, focal length, point of view, moment, distance, film delicacy, lighting conditions, a variety of factors that make up a picture.
Since 2004 I take a photo digitally without automatic and without camera image processing with light-strong objectives.

I develop the pictures like in analogous times, but now digitally. Almost all effects occur during the photography process without digital manipulation.

TECHNIQUE :

I work with very fast lenses with a long focal length, sometimes with zoom lenses.
When taking photos, I often move the camera very quickly while simultaneously zooming. Often with multiple exposures.

All images are taken in RAW format without camera image processing and without automatic.
I then develop the images using a RAW converter and edit the colors and contrasts without manipulation by image editing software until I have the desired result.
